Quiet, clean campground. Beautiful surroundings. Close to Valley of the Gods, Moki Dugway, Muley Point, Mexican Hat (San Juan Inn has fabulous Navajo tacos), and Monument Valley. No laundry facilities on site, but there is a laundromat 3 blocks away. W-fi adequate. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Gravel sites, very close together (maybe 14 feet between sites), no grass, some weeds in dirt areas separating sites. Old, tired looking park. 40 footers would have a hard time, as there is barely room for us to park our car with our 35 footer. Restrooms and laundry facilities look fairly new. It appears the new owner is working to fix up park. When we called last week, we were told we should definitely make a reservation to reserve a site, and hold with credit card, which we did. When we arrived today, had we not guaranteed site with CC, we would have kept on going. Because of the cancellation policy, we would have been charged for the night, even though we're the only ones in the park. Three cabins on site look terribly run down. Certainly not worth $29, but only game in town with hook-ups.

Very nice campground. Fully stocked gift/supplies store. Best prices on souveniers. Six miles to Capitol Reef Nat'l Park entrance, 12 miles to Visitor's Center. Beautiful views, wi-fi adequate, laundry on site, as well as hair stylist. ATV and 4-wheel drive vehicles available for rent. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We have used this campground for the past 7 years as a stopover to Oregon. It used to be nice. Today, the golf course isn't even open, yet they still charge top dollar. The grounds are run down, pool is dirty, maneuvering is difficult because of fencing installed to designate sites; one person had to unhook toad to get his rig out. Many permanent residents; too much road noise from I-5. This will be our last time there. Not worth the dollars.
